Once I receive executed Listing Agreement and owner’s contact info, service includes:
* Collect MLS input form, addendums, seller’s property disclosure, etc
* Order agent/brokerage sign to be delivered (agent to provide info)
* Order photos and/or photo tour (using vendor of agent’s choice or we can recommend)
* Enter listing into MLS (description based on photos or agent/client can provide)
within 2 business days of receiving photos
* Upload photos into MLS and upload tour into MLS (if ordered)
*Upload addendums, HOA application/documents, floorplans in MLS (if available**)
* Upload community amenity photos/videos (if available**)
* Make any changes Agent/Seller requests in MLS to initial entry within 48 hours
* Set up Showing Instructions with Showing Desk if required (details, gate access instructions home access instructions to be provided by agent)
* Send email to Agent/Seller once activated in MLS
**I have an extensive library of community photos, applications, floorplans, and documents for use at no additional charge to you**
* Generating listing-side or buyer-side contracts and compliance documents and forwarding to you for final review and presentation
* Document preparation: listing agreements, buyer agreements, employment & team contracts, contract-to-lease and lease documents, etc.
* In-person services such as meeting photographer, light TLC to prepare for professional photos, walkthrough attendance, vendor or service provider visit attendance, or inspection attendance are available based on location and availability (limited to Palm Beach or Broward County).
